you're beautiful.

i can't get over how genius dove's campaign for real beauty is. social commentary about body image, in a commercial for beauty products...and yet totally effective and on-brand. here is their "onslaught" film:



"onslaught" is of course a follow up to dove's phenomenal "evolution" video, which taught me how amazing photoshop is.



i then proceeded to try the same thing on my own photo.

however, i only had ms paint installed on my computer, which is vastly inferior in terms of beautifying properties, but you get the idea. moral of the story is, YOU CAN ONLY LOOK THIS BEAUTIFUL WITH A WHOLE LOT OF HELP, PEOPLE.
